We are very excited to announce our first ever contest!
THEME
Choose your OTP – your favorite pairing – and show where they are in ten years time.
Are they in the TARDIS? On a distant planet? Are they still together? Back together? Separated? The pairing can be any pairing from Doctor Who or Torchwood that you ship – even if they are not canon. So if that means you draw Rory and the Master living on the moon, we want to see it! And if it is an AU, that is fine also. (It’s kind of a requirement if you want to see some of these couples back together…)
PRIZES
1st Place –
is generously donating a bow tie for your llama (or the 80 points if you already have one) and a cartoon request to the winner! They will also be featured in a journal entry interview on our group page!
2nd Place –
will give you a beautiful manipulation or wallpaper.
3rd Place –
will donate 10 points to your dA account.
RULES
All of our group rules apply (use your own work, no bashing, content filter, etc.)
We will accept any medium for this contest.
Please submit an original artwork for this contest – something you have not used for another contest!
Limit 2 entries per Member.

Travelling TARDIS Project
Remember how I told you all about that wonderful time wasting website Tumblr?
Well, there is one blog in particular I think you would all enjoy. It's the Travelling TARDIS Project and they are collecting art and stories to celebrate Doctor Who's 50th Anniversary!
So, you can send in art, poems, stories about how you found Doctor Who - anything! They will get all of it collected and sent off to the BBC by 23 November.

Happy Valentine's Day Whovians!
Hi gang! I know it's been awhile since I've been on here. There is this website called Tumblr (maybe some of you have heard of it?) that has been taking up ALL of my time. If you don't have a Tumblr, take my advice, and don't get one. Especially if you're in school. IT WILL CONSUME YOUR SOUL!
I've also been busy trying to do some more writing, and moving around a bit (personal life - ugh). But I will try to be more diligent about check this group. At least on a weekly basis.
I still think this group is a lovely place to hang out. Especially on this day, that's all about love, where you can find all the art for your favorite Who pair
New DW Video Gives the Ponds an Epilogue
Now that we've safely had a couple weeks to get over our Post-Pond Depression, Doctor Who creators released a new video yesterday, that shows what happened to the Ponds and Rory's father, Brian. The actual footage was not filmed, so it is animated storyboards, with a voiceover by Arthur Darvill.

Has anyone else seen the video? What do you think? Was it a good way to get some closure about the Ponds, or should they have left it where "The Angels Take Manhattan" ended?

Hi gang! (ooh, I've never had a gang before ;) )
I just want to reiterate that there may be some pieces on here that have spoilers. We just got our first piece in for "Asylum of the Daleks". I figured it was okay to post it to our gallery since it's been a couple weeks since that episode came out.
I am making all folders go through admin before a piece can be posted. So I will try to keep it spoiler free for a couple days at least.
